At ALEC, we believe in providing more than just childcare; we offer an enriching experience that fosters holistic development in every child. Our combination of art, music, yoga, and FUN creates a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We look forward to partnering with you on your child's journey of exploration and discovery. Parents can choose between morning, afternoon, or all-day care options, depending on their schedules. However, regardless of the chosen timeframe, we require pre-registration to ensure adequate preparation and staffing. Punctuality is essential for maintaining the rhythm of our program and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care. We understand that accidents happen, which is why we ask parents to provide a change of clothing for their child in case of emergencies. This simple precaution helps us address unexpected situations promptly, ensuring your child remains comfortable throughout the day. In addition, we are committed to accessibility and inclusivity. We proudly accept ELC, FSCJ CCAMPIS, & Military Vouchers, making our program accessible to families from diverse backgrounds. Parents interested in utilizing these options are encouraged to contact our administration team (ALEC) prior to booking online. *THIS IS A 4 HOUR SESSION - YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE MORNING (8AM-12PM) OR AFTERNOON (12PM-4PM)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. However, in order to maintain the efficiency and consistency of our enrichment program, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance session can be rescheduled by contacting us at ACADEMYOFLEARNINGEC@GMAIL.COM. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling of sessions is subject to availability. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. A maximum of one reschedule per booking is permitted, subject to availability. No Refund Policy: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This policy is in place to ensure the stability and sustainability of our program. Late Pickup Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to late pickups. However, consistent tardiness can disrupt our operations and affect the well-being of our staff and other children. Therefore, we have implemented the following late pickup policy: Late Pickup Fee: A late pickup fee of $10 per hour will be charged for pickups occurring after the scheduled end time of the session. Late pickup fees will be invoiced and must be paid promptly. Future Bookings: Failure to adhere to the pickup schedule and accumulation of late pickup fees may result in restrictions on future bookings. Continued disregard for the pickup schedule may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment in our enrichment program.
